| When / How did you begin with Price Motorsport | Greg rang & offered a one off drive in February 2006, when his other Junior Dragster driver was unavailable, and was given a shared drive at the Outlaw Drags in Easter 2006, Then a full time drive in this new dragster that he was planning on building. |
| History | Aaron was born into a family of quarter mile racers thus only natural that his dream was to follow in his parents footsteps and compete in drag racing. When Greg listened to Aaron telling him how you would go about competing in the National Drag Racing series, he knew that he had a talented and keen driver, and wanted to assist him in his career. At this time Greg had been negotiating to purchase another engine and after discussing with Aaron and his parents it lead to the formation of this team. This has seen Aaron making his way to Cambridge at every opportunity to check and assist on the construction of the Junior Dragster. The Team have learned how important it is to surround themselves with talented people like Derek, Malcolm, and Greg that can design, fabricate and put together a strong package, and pick a driver like Aaron that wants to have some fun and hopefully win a few races and compete for the national series. Aaron knows that to win a race you must qualify for the field, after making the cut you must focus on winning rounds in putting yourself in contention for that final round. It sounds pretty simple, but you have to accomplish the first goal to be able to go for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, those being race wins and hopefully a NZDRA National series title. |
